Part Time Nanny Needed for my Children

I'm looking for an upbeat, encouraging nanny for 2 children, ages 3 and 1 years old. Some light housekeeping and a clean driving record are required. Please be comfortable with dogs, as we have a sweet Australian Shepherd. Both parents work from home in dedicated offices. My 3-year-old will be in preschool on Monday's and Wednesdays, so the nanny will care for the 1-year-old only on M & W. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday will be both kids. Outings to parks and the library are encouraged 1-2x a week.
