CNC Machining Center Operator -- Vertical Mills

Staffworks Group is adding a seasoned CNC professional to our team in Bellingham, MA. This is a full-time opportunity at $30/hr, depending on experience.

Your impact

From blueprint to finished part, you’ll own setup and machining on vertical mills. You’ll validate dimensions with precision instruments, adjust programs to hit the spec, and keep production flowing—while working seamlessly with others and honoring company policies and procedures.

What you bring

• 5+ years of CNC Vertical Milling experience
• Expertise in reading blueprints
• Ability to set up machines independently
• Confidence to edit CNC programs when needed
• Experience across diverse materials
• Skill using precision measuring tools & inspection equipment
• A collaborative approach and commitment to company policy and procedures
