Structural Welder/Fitter Pay Rate and Hours:
- Pay: $20–$27/hr
- Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder/Fitter to fabricate and weld structural steel components. Candidates must be comfortable reading blueprints and producing quality MIG and Flux-Core welds.
Structural Welder/Fitter Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- MIG and Flux-Core weld structural steel
- Fit, fabricate, and assemble beams and other components
- Cut, grind, clean, and prepare materials
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
- Follow all safety procedures
Structural Welder/Fitter Requirements:
- Structural welding/fitting experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- MIG and Flux-Core welding experience
- Must pass a 3G weld test using MIG and Flux-Core
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Reliable and safety-conscious
