Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions, while meeting department objectives.
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
- Assess patients’ needs and goals; develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Monitor progress, adjust therapy interventions, and document outcomes in patient records.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, strategies, and equipment as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning.

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted license to practice occupational therapy in California or eligibility to obtain licensure as required by state regulations.
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
- Relevant experience in a hospital setting; travel OT experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary clinical team.
- This role requires in-person clinical work in a hospital setting and adherence to facility protocols.
