Job Description
An established manufacturing operation in Aurora is seeking a Warehouse General Labor – Lumper to support material handling and warehouse operations. In this role, you will stack and wrap materials weighing between 5 and 50 pounds while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to adjust to changing operational demands.
Responsibilities:
- Stack and wrap materials weighing 5–50 pounds accurately and safely
- Follow company policies, procedures, and established safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized facility using 5S methodology
- Adjust to changing operational priorities and complete multiple assigned tasks
- Perform additional warehouse and general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old by the position start date
- Ability to consistently lift 5–50 pounds throughout the shift
- Must have steel-toe shoes at the time of start
- Ability to read, understand, and follow simple written and verbal instructions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to sudden changes in operational goals and demands
- Strong attention to detail with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with employees throughout the organization
- Must successfully complete the required pre-employment drug screen

The base pay range for this position is $18.50 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
