Key Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes in accordance with project specifications and safety standards

- Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all team members

- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks

- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance needs

- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or related industries

- Valid certification or licensing for operating specific machinery (if applicable)

- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations

- Ability to read and interpret site plans and technical instructions

- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
