Quality Auditor
Muskegon, MI, 1st Shift, $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Auditor to join a Muskegon manufacturing team! The Quality Auditor will inspect production parts and processes to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform first-piece approvals, receiving, in-process, and final inspections
- Conduct gage calibration inspections
- Inspect production parts and processes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Review production records and quality documentation
- Observe operators using inspection equipment to ensure proper procedures are followed
- Complete daily quality audit reports
- Read and follow quality and processing instructions
- Communicate quality concerns and help maintain consistent production standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous quality or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and follow quality and processing instructions
- Ability to understand and follow inspection procedures
- Comfortable reviewing production records and quality documentation
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
- Dependable, organized, and quality-minded
