Step into a shop where advanced technology meets hands-on craftsmanship. As a Heavy Equipment Diagnostic Mechanic (Shop), you’ll tackle complex issues across diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems on a modern rental and customer fleet. With our in-house T3 platform at your fingertips, you’ll spend more time fixing and less time guessing.

Schedule & Location

• Location: Montgomery, AL
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime: Paid after 40 hours
• On-call: Rotation with additional pay

Your Day

• Independently diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on heavy equipment and aerial lifts
• Use schematics and diagnostic software to pinpoint faults accurately
• Document all work thoroughly in T3 using a laptop/tablet
• Support logistics by assisting with parts and equipment pick-up/delivery
• Coach junior technicians and share best practices

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience with heavy equipment, aerial platforms, or diesel powertrains
• Your own professional tool set
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics
• Working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record; 21+ to operate company vehicles

Nice to Have

• Technical trade school training or OEM certifications
• Familiarity with OSHA standards
• Experience working across multiple equipment manufacturers
