This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment. • Clean and maintain shop floors, work areas, and production spaces
• Remove debris, scrap materials, and trash from work zones
• Assist with organizing tools, equipment, and materials
• Support production teams with general labor tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a hazard-free work environment
• Perform other general clean-up or shop support duties as assigned

• Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop environment
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
