START A SKILLED TRADE — WE'LL TRAIN YOU!

No countertop or construction experience? That's OK. We will train the right person.

Delorie Countertops & Doors, Inc. is a family-owned company established in 1999. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our Vero Beach countertop installation team.

If you're currently working in general labor, landscaping, moving, warehouse work, or another hands-on job and want an opportunity to learn a real skilled trade, this could be the job for you.

You'll work alongside an experienced Lead Installer and receive paid on-the-job training while learning how to professionally install custom countertops.

Experience in any hands-on job is helpful, including:

• Construction

• Remodeling
• Landscaping

But even if you don't have this experience, we encourage you to apply if you're reliable and willing to learn.

PLUS:

• Full-time, year-round work
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Paid on-the-job training
• Learn a valuable skilled trade
• Opportunity to advance to Lead Installer
• 9 paid holidays after 90 days

THIS IS MORE THAN A HELPER JOB

You don't need to know how to install countertops when you start.

We'll teach you.

As you gain experience, you'll learn how to use tools, install countertops, solve problems, work with customers, and take on more responsibility.

The goal is to help the right person develop into a skilled installer and eventually a Lead Installer.

If you're tired of working jobs where you don't learn anything new or have an opportunity to move up, this is a chance to build a skill you can use for years.

THE PERSON WE WANT

You don't have to know everything.

You just need to:

SHOW UP.
WORK HARD.
LEARN.
TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK.
