Prym Solutions LLC is seeking a full-time labor professional to support onsite operations in Piketon, OH.

Position Summary

In this labor role, you will help keep day-to-day work moving smoothly by performing hands-on tasks that support production and operational needs. You will follow established procedures, maintain a safe and organized work area, and contribute to meeting team goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production and operational tasks safely and efficiently

• Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent results

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area

• Support teammates as needed to meet daily workflow and performance goals

• Identify issues or deviations and escalate concerns to the appropriate lead or supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time onsite in Piketon, OH

• Strong reliability and punctuality with a consistent work ethic

• Willingness to follow safety procedures and work instructions closely

• Ability to perform physical, hands-on tasks for the duration of a shift

• Basic communication skills to coordinate with a work team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a production, warehouse, or operations environment

• Familiarity with workplace safety practices and general quality expectations
