Step onto a busy production floor where uptime matters. As our Mechanical Reliability Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert who keeps high-volume manufacturing lines running at peak performance. You’ll diagnose issues fast, restore equipment to service, and execute the preventive work that stops problems before they start.

What You’ll Tackle
  • Quickly troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems on production equipment to reduce downtime.
  • Repair or replace conveyors, conveyor components, bearings, gearboxes, and electric motors.
  • Perform precision shaft alignments on rotating equipment.
  • Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on compounding lines to maximize reliability.
  • Inspect bearings, couplings, belts, chains, and related components for wear and correct fit.
  • Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and OEM documentation to pinpoint failures.
  • Monitor equipment performance and remove material build-up to maintain throughput.
  • Assist with major repairs, new equipment installations, and changeouts.
  • Identify repeat failures and propose durable, long-term corrective actions.
  • Work safely while supporting continuous production in a fast-moving environment.
About You
  • Proven mechanical troubleshooting ability in an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Hands-on experience with rotating equipment, including conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and motors.
  • Capable of independently performing shaft alignments.
  • Background replacing conveyors and conveyor components.
  • Comfortable reading mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
  • Track record of completing PM routes with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work around moving industrial equipment.
