Restoration Technician + Restoration Supervisor Responsibilities

• Respond to water/fire damage emergencies
• Perform cleanup, demolition, drying, and restoration work
• Operate restoration equipment
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and job documentation
• Provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control - SUPERVISOR
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews - SUPERVISOR
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities - SUPERVISOR
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided - SUPERVISOR
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects - SUPERVISOR
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues - SUPERVISOR

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Valid driver’s license
• Can pass a background check according to industry standards and company policy
• Construction, restoration, cleaning, or trade experience preferred

Bonus Points For:

• IICRC Certification
• Construction or restoration background
