BrakeQuip Department – Hose Assembly
Muskegon Heights, MI | 1st Shift | $17+ per hour
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and personable team member to join the BrakeQuip Department on 1st Shift! In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for hose assembly and pressure testing while helping ensure products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and enjoys working in a team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble hoses according to specifications
- Perform pressure testing on completed hose assemblies
- Operate basic machinery and equipment
- Safely operate a forklift as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely and efficiently while meeting production expectations
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Previous forklift and basic machinery experience preferred
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Personable and able to work well with others
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
