- Start Date: October 19, 2026

- Assignment Length: 13 weeks

- Shift: 5x8 Days

- Weekly Pay: $2,246.00

Requirements:

- Active LPN/LVN license

- BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)

- Minimum 1 full year of true outpatient clinic experience within the last 3 years — rehabilitation experience does not qualify for this requirement
