CDR ProSource is seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Operator II for a full-time opportunity in Three Rivers, MI. This position is ideal for a candidate with previous CNC machining experience who is comfortable operating production equipment, following work instructions, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements
- Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or machining environment.
- Ability to operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to follow work instructions, production specifications, and established procedures.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and CNC operations.
- Ability to inspect finished parts and identify quality issues.
- Ability to use basic measuring tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Qualifications
- Previous CNC Operator or related machining experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CNC machine setup and operation.
- Basic knowledge of blueprints, drawings, or manufacturing specifications preferred.
- Ability to perform basic machine adjustments as needed.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with a manufacturing environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
