Pay Rate
$30.00-$32.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00am- 4:00pm.

Wireman Leadman Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead wireman teams on the production floor.
- Coordinate daily activities and workflow to meet production goals.
- Serve as the direct liaison between team members and Electrical Foremen.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to promote efficiency and professional growth.
- Troubleshoot production and wiring issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and project completion timelines.
Wireman Leadman Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience as a Wireman Lead, Electrical Lead, or related supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring practices, and production processes.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
