- 2nd Shift
- Monday - Friday
- 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Overtime as required
Our client in Monticello, WI is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for Panela Processing General Labor positions on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on role in a production environment with opportunities for growth and long-term employment.
Responsibilities - Perform general labor duties within the panela processing operation
- Assist with product handling, processing, and packaging
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
- Follow established safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Support production goals and assist with additional duties as assigned
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required
