I need a hands-on care provider for my father in his 70s. Assistance with medication prompting, showering and preparing for bed is needed. Becomes agitated/hallucinations in the evening so needs someone who can redirect and calm him. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
