Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for myself. I am in my 80s. I'm looking for a caring and compassionate female as one of your responsibilities will be helping me in and out of the shower. Additionally, bringing clean laundry upstairs and folding clothes may happen once per week. Please have your own transportation as I might ask you to run errands now and then. Strong preference for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
