Babysitter

We're a two-mom family in downtown Silver Spring with twin 8-year-old girls. We are looking for a part-time caregiver and household support for weekday school pickup and kid care. One of us works downtown 5 days a week, the other 3 days a week. Looking for a late October start. Who you are: We're looking for someone loving, kind, and clear, who can do school pick up and dinner prep, while being a good playmate. Youll be a good fit for us if you understand neurodiversity and have experience supporting kids with ADHD. Our evenings require consistent routine, and a changing blend of physical play and low-key engagement. Child psychology or social work students could be great.
