Babysitter Needed

Looking for someone to provide flexible weekend help with a mix of light housekeeping, home organization projects, and occasional childcare for my almost 2-year-old. I'm typically home on Saturdays and Sundays and would love someone who can help around the house while I spend time with my daughter, or provide childcare if I need to go out. Hours would be flexible and as-needed, so I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with an ad hoc schedule and interested in a combination of household and childcare support.
