Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

I am in search of a babysitter/nanny for a special needs teenager. As my schedule varies, I will need care (school drop-off and pickup on most days, meal preparation as needed, etc.) with some days being longer than others. I will need weekend availability (for events I attend in the city) on occasion, as well. I prefer a care taker that has experience with autistic children. Thanks
