Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

We are looking for a great nanny for our 15-month-old. We would prefer a nanny who has early childhood education experience as were looking for more than a babysitter. Both my husband and I work from home and will be here at all times but we need someone who is able to intentionally interact and teach basics. My son is not speaking yet, just babbling and so we would love someone well versed in interacting and teaching toddlers like him. Preferably little to no screen time during the time you are here. More than happy to provide anything you think might help your process.
