Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

We're looking for a nanny for our 12-month-old. We'd love someone who is comfortable taking him on outings (like the nearby park/library) and also comfortable playing with him in our home as we work, or even playing with him alongside us at times. Some light housekeeping would be very helpful as well. Our ideal nanny is flexible and an excellent communicator with prior experience with this age range.
