Babysitter Needed for my Children

Im looking for someone who will work part time taking care of my 5-month-old baby! You must have a car and speak English. Im a stay at home mom so I need some help with my son while I get things done around the house, run out for errands and also for date night with my husband. Im looking for someone with a very flexible and reliable schedule and someone who is warm, loving, willing to work weekend evenings, and someone who will assist with development and educational play as he gets older :).
