Part Time Nanny Needed for my Children

I'm looking for a nanny starting immediately for our 10-week-old daughter (born July 18). This assignment could be part time through the end of the year, and will then start full time in January. We are looking for a career nanny who is positive, flexible and a strong communicator. We want to build a multi-year relationship with this person and our child. Details: About 16-24 hours between the end of year (we can mutually set a schedule). Starting January, this will be full time (approx 9 a.m. - 6 pm). Optional hours available for covering evenings and occasional weekends, as desired.
