Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Project Manager to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping projects moving by coordinating permits, inspections, utility companies, and day-to-day office responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable communicating with customers and outside organizations, and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
What you’ll do:
- Pull and coordinate required project permits.
- Schedule inspections with the appropriate municipalities and inspectors.
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with power and utility companies.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist or direct callers as needed.
- Maintain project-related records and documentation.
- Perform general administrative and office duties.
- Communicate with team members to help keep projects on schedule.
- Assist with other office and project coordination needs as they arise.
What you’ll bring:
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional and courteous phone and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding items.
- Dependable and comfortable working independently.
- Previous experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required.
