Shift & Availability

This position is for our late-night kitchen shift.

• Sunday–Wednesday: 9:00 PM–2:30 AM
• Thursday–Saturday: 9:00 PM–4:30 AM
• Must be available to work 5 days per week.
• Weekend and late-night availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare wings, tenders, fries, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Atomic Wings standards.
• Read order tickets accurately and prepare orders quickly.
• Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Follow proper cooking times, temperatures, portion sizes, and recipes.
• Sauce, season, and package food accurately.
• Make sure every order is fresh, complete, and prepared correctly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift.
• Clean fryers, equipment, prep areas, floors, and kitchen surfaces as required.
• Filter and maintain fryer oil according to company procedures and safety standards.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals and required safety equipment.
• Restock food, packaging, sauces, and other kitchen supplies.
• Immediately report equipment, food safety, or sanitation concerns to the manager on duty.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Complete closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, kitchen, or cooking experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning and kitchen duties.
• Comfortable working around fryers and hot kitchen equipment.
• Must be dependable and consistently available for late-night shifts.
• Food Handler Certification required or must be obtained after hiring.
