We serve children from birth through age 12 across Cypress, Katy, and Richmond, and our BCBAs work side by side with in-house Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy teams to provide truly wraparound care.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with a range of developmental and behavioral needs
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment to maximize client progress
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians RBTs
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and our Speech, OT, and PT teams
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice

Compensation

• $85,000–$113,000 base salary
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Billable bonuses
• Return-to-work bonus

Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Texas licensure (LBA)
• Pediatric ABA experience preferred
