We’re looking for an outgoing, confident salesperson who makes customers feel welcome, builds trust quickly, and follows through.

You’ll help customers understand their needs and confidently guide them toward the right service. We take pride in our work, support our teammates, and believe there’s always room to get better.

Compensation and Benefits

Job Duties

• Welcome customers and build lasting relationships.
• Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and turn inquiries into appointments.
• Explain inspection findings, present recommendations
• Follow up on estimates and help customers prioritize needed work.
• Keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Coordinate with technicians and maintain accurate repair orders.
• Work toward sales and gross-profit goals while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Required Experience

• A track record of success in sales or a customer-facing role with sales responsibilities.
• An engaging personality and strong communication skills.
• Confidence presenting options, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort using computers.
• A positive attitude, willingness to accept coaching, and drive to achieve goals.
