Fuentez Law, PLLC is a family law and estate planning firm serving Houston, Friendswood, Galveston, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, and the rest of Montgomery County. Clients come to us during some of the hardest moments of their lives: divorce, custody disputes, and planning for their family's future. We're looking for a confident, caring salesperson to be the first voice they hear and to help them take the next step.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

You will play a critical role in converting prospective family law clients into retained clients.

What You'll Do

• Answer and return inbound calls, web forms, and texts from people who want legal help

• Build rapport quickly, learn each caller's situation, and explain how the firm can help

• Book consultations and turn them into retained clients

• Follow up on every lead until it's closed or settled, without letting anyone slip through

• Keep accurate notes and pipeline stages in our CRM

• Work with the attorney and staff so each new client has a smooth handoff

• Converting leads into retained clients

• Conducting consistent and strategic follow-up

• Communicating by phone, text, email, and other platforms

• Following up after consultations

• Answering questions and helping prospective clients understand the firm's services

• Building trust and creating strong relationships with potential clients

• Overcoming objections and confidently asking for the sale

• Tracking prospective clients and follow-up activity

• Sending client notifications and requested communications

• Requesting Google Reviews from satisfied clients

• Following up on outstanding leads so opportunities do not get lost

• Maintaining accurate records and staying organized

• Helping create an exceptional client experience from the very first contact

Our ideal candidate has:

• You've done sales, inside sales, intake or call center work. Legal experience is a plus but not required.

• You're comfortable asking for the commitment and handling objections like cost or "I need to think about it"

• You're empathetic and calm with emotional callers, and you can still keep the conversation moving

• You're organized, coachable and driven by goals

• Proven history of consistently closing sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities

• Exceptional follow-up habits

• Confidence asking for the sale

• A competitive, results-oriented mindset

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups without dropping the ball

• The ability to work independently

• Strong computer and technology skills

SPANISH IS HIGHLY PREFERRED

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage in this position.
