Install and Repair Technician

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain subscriber communication services, including:

• Fiber optic services
• High speed broadband
• Wi-Fi networks and equipment
• Voice services
• IPTV

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electronics and personal computers
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior technical, telecommunications, or customer service experience is a plus
• Training is provided. No prior telecom experience required for the right candidate.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Drug Test, Background Check, and Valid Driver's License Required
