Receiving Clerk- Ronkonkoma, NY

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for unloading, receiving, storing, and staging raw materials to ensure production runs efficiently. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, operates equipment safely, and takes initiative to resolve issues as they arise.

• Operate a sit-down forklift to unload, move, store, and stage raw materials
• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against documentation
• Complete receiving paperwork and process transactions in the ERP system
• Perform inventory transactions, adjustments, and daily cycle counts
• Restock materials to support production needs
• Inspect equipment and report any issues to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies, GMP standards, and food safety regulations (SQF)
• Participate in team meetings and support additional tasks as needed

• 2–3 years of forklift experience (sit-down required)
• 1–2 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system use
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
