- Call only coverage ‐‐ beeper call with 20 min response time required
- 2 ‐ 5 patients per shift; 3 ‐ 8 admissions per 24 hours
- Inpatient pediatric hospitalist role
- Attending and consulting rounding responsibilities
- Non‐invasive ventilation, intubation, central and arterial line placement
- Lumbar puncture, chest tube insertion, paracentesis, thoracentesis required
- Conscious sedation, EKG interpretation, X‐ray interpretation required
- Ongoing coverage assignment
