Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Temporary

Location: Murfreesboro, TN
Pay Rate: $36–$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Temporary (6 months, potential extension to 1 year)

About the Role:
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support a valued client in Murfreesboro, TN. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
• Support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Lead investigations and resolve complex employee issues
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve engagement and retention
• Support change management and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience in a fast-paced or manufacturing/industrial environment is a plus
