Job Summary
A Production Associate is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and production process by operating equipment, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to company procedures.
• Assemble, package, and label products accurately.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor production lines and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed.
