Wicked Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator for a growing food production company located in Chelsea, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, safety-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Saturday 5:30 AM - Finish

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move, load, unload, and stage products throughout the facility
• Utilize warehouse management systems and computer software for inventory tracking and order processing
• Accurately scan and record product movements
• Load and unload shipments while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company procedures and food production safety regulations
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production and warehouse setting

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of recent stand-up forklift operating experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or food production environment preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse systems
• Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
