About the Role
We're looking for a CNC Mill Setup Machinist to set up and run multi-axis CNC milling operations, working closely with programming and quality to deliver precision parts on time.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate 3-axis CNC mills (4/5-axis experience a plus)
• Read blueprints and GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2009)
• Run CNC programs from Mastercam with minor edits at the machine
• Operate Fanuc controls
• Handle complex setups and guide other machinists
• Run First Article Inspections and support SPC
• Help build prototypes, fixtures, and assemblies
• Manage scheduling and on-time delivery
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What You Need

• 3+ years of CNC mill setup experience (3-axis)
• Fanuc control experience
• Blueprint and GD&T reading (ASME Y14.5-2009)
• Mastercam familiarity

Nice to Have

• 4/5-axis mill setup experience
• Horizontal machining center experience

Pay & Benefits

• $27–$50/hr, DOE
