COURIER – NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WORK STOPPAGE

Pay Rate: $40.00/hour
Location: Northern California / Bay Area
Anticipated Duration: Approximately 1 week
Schedule: Five (5) 12-hour shifts per week
Shift: 12-hour Day or Night Shift – must be flexible
Employment Type: Temporary / Work Stoppage Assignment

InSync Consulting Services is building a team of experienced Couriers to support critical healthcare operations during a potential labor work stoppage in Northern California anticipated for mid-to-late October.

The exact start date, worksite, schedule, and duration have not yet been finalized. Selected candidates must be available for the entire assignment and flexible to work either day or night shifts based on operational needs.

PAY & BENEFITS

• $40.00 per hour
• Overtime after 8 hours worked in a shift
• Additional shifts and potential double-time opportunities may be available

COURIER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transport and deliver medical records, X-rays, mail, and non-controlled medications
• Pick up and deliver medical supplies, equipment, specimens, pharmaceutical items, charts, and other materials
• Safely transport assigned materials between designated locations
• Lift and transport items weighing 50+ pounds
• Follow all facility safety and operational requirements
• Perform other courier duties as needed to support healthcare operations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of courier experience required
• Active California Driver's License
• Must successfully pass a DMV/MVR review
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift and transport at least 50 pounds
• Ability and willingness to work 12-hour shifts
• Must be flexible to work either day or night shifts
• Must be available for the full assignment with no requested days off or schedule modifications
• Must successfully complete all required onboarding, screening, credentialing, and paid orientation requirements

IMPORTANT ASSIGNMENT INFORMATION

This position is being recruited for a potential healthcare work stoppage. The assignment is contingent upon the work stoppage occurring and the healthcare client's operational needs.

Signing up or being selected for consideration does not guarantee employment, deployment, a specific worksite, shift, number of hours, or that the work stoppage will occur.

Final placement is subject to successful completion of all required screening, including DMV/MVR review, onboarding, credentialing, and orientation.

If selected, you must be prepared to deploy on short notice and remain available for the full assignment.
