Shift Lead

The Shift Lead supervises retail associates in a liquor store, coordinating daily operations and maintaining focus on inventory and fulfillment, production and throughput, customer service and sales, and safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift activities and supervise retail associates.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support sales.
• Conduct inventory checks and support inventory fulfillment.
• Monitor production and throughput during each shift.
• Resolve operational and customer issues.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with staff scheduling and point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of cash reconciliation and inventory management.
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Team leadership and communication skills.
