PeopleShare is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Order Picker to join a growing warehouse team. This position is ideal for candidates with stand-up forklift experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and operating equipment at elevated heights.
Monday- Friday 9am-530 pm @ $20/hr in Cranbury, NJ
Requirements - Experience operating a Crown Stand-Up Forklift required
- Comfortable working at heights
- Experience using RF scanners/scan guns
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
- Pick and fulfill orders accurately based on operational needs
- Utilize barcode scanning systems to label, track, pick, pack, and store inventory
- Put away incoming shipments, completed production items, returns, and stock inventory
- Assist with inventory movement, warehouse organization, and special projects
- Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory audits
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
- Move recyclable and non-recyclable materials to designated collection areas
- Maintain company-issued equipment, machinery, and tools
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Cross-train in various warehouse functions to support operational needs
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Exposure to warehouse temperatures including heat, humidity, and cold
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work safely at elevated heights while operating equipment
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms for warehouse tasks and equipment operation
