Account Sales Representative

A great customer experience starts with a great conversation.

At First Coast Sales Group, we’re looking for Account Sales Representatives who can make connections, ask thoughtful questions, and help customers make informed decisions.

In this role, you’ll represent our client partners at assigned locations throughout Jacksonville. You’ll introduce available products and services, explain the details clearly, and support prospective customers through enrollment. You’ll also have paid training and regular coaching to help you turn everyday conversations into valuable sales experience.

Your Impact

• Create a welcoming, professional experience for prospective customers
• Discover what customers need and help them compare suitable options
• Explain product features, pricing, eligibility, and terms accurately
• Walk customers through applications and enrollment
• Keep sales records and activity updates organized
• Collaborate with your team to reach performance goals
• Use feedback to strengthen your approach
• Follow company, client, and consumer-protection requirements

You enjoy talking with people, follow through on commitments, and stay focused when working toward a goal. You’re willing to ask questions, practice new skills, and put coaching into action!

You’ll also need:

• Availability Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Ability to travel to assigned locations in the Jacksonville area
• A high school diploma or equivalent

New to sales? You’re welcome to apply! Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, athletics, or team leadership can be useful, but previous sales experience isn’t required.
