Auto Parts Advisor

Job Summary
Sharp Honda is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians with parts orders, inventory management, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Duties

*Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases.

*Work closely with service technicians to locate and order parts.

*Help maintain accurate inventory records.

*Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments.

*Process Returns and Warranty Parts.

*Keep the Parts Department clean and organized.

*Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean background.
