Director of Enrollment Services / Director of Admissions

A fast-growing career-focused school in South Florida is seeking an experienced Director of Enrollment Services / Director of Admissions to lead enrollment strategy and manage the admissions team at its Miramar campus.

This is a high-priority leadership role for someone who can coach, develop, and motivate a team, create accountability, partner with campus and marketing leadership, and support student-centered enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop an admissions/enrollment team.
• Develop and execute admissions and enrollment goals aligned with the institutional enrollment plan.
• Drive team performance, accountability, and compliance with admissions policies and procedures.
• Partner with the Executive Director, marketing, academic departments, and financial aid to ensure a smooth and student-centered admissions process.
• Support recruitment and marketing initiatives that communicate the school’s mission to prospective students.
• Oversee admissions materials, including admission requirements and transfer credit policies.
• Hire, train, and develop admissions staff to meet enrollment goals.
• Ensure admissions personnel follow applicable state, federal, and accrediting body standards.
• Maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for prospective students and campus partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of direct experience leading admissions, enrollment services, student recruitment, higher education, career school, or related educational institutions
• 3+ years of management experience managing multiple direct reports is required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and team-development skills.
• Ability to create accountability, drive performance, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, assertive, self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite required.
