Printing Machine Operator 

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, OT as needed.
Pay Rate: $16/hour 
Location: Lithia Springs, GA 30122
Experience: 2+ years - These are older machines, nothing is automated. The only thing electronic on the machines is the on/off switch. Everything has to be set and adjusted manually by hand/tools.

PrideStaff has an exciting new opportunity to share for a Printing Machine Operator in Lithia Springs, GA! 

Printing Machine Operator Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for setting up to 4 individual numbering heads on 2 separate machines in order to produce numbered checks and forms.
• Perform adjustments to encoder as needed.
• Change out impact pads as they become worn on each of the numbering hammers.
• Change MICR and Arabic ribbons out as necessary to meet order specifications.
• Grease all of the fittings on the machine once a month.
• Oil the hammer for each numbering tower on a daily basis.

Printing Machine Operator Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to complete basic math.
• Must uphold a safe working environment.
• Mechanical inclination. 
• Communication and organizational skills.

Printing Machine Operator Requirements:

• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Manual dexterity and efficiency.
• Must be good with details and mechanically inclined.
• Able to provide 2 professional references.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
