General Laborer

Key Responsibilities

• Processing & Line Work: Operate food processing equipment on a live-to-processed production line.
• Packaging: Package finished turkey products efficiently to meet daily quotas.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality, size, and packaging integrity.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean, sanitary work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in a food manufacturing environment.
• Safety & Teamwork: Follow all safety rules and work with team members to keep the line moving safely.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift repetitively in a fast-paced environment.
• Facility Comfort: Must be comfortable working in a live-to-processed poultry environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work scheduled shifts, overtime, and weekends when production demands increase.
• Experience: Food processing or production line background is preferred, though entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic are considered.
