Responsibilities:
- Forklift operation to move materials and products to correct locations.
- Assisting in shipping and receiving material, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise
- Matching purchase orders and distributing to sales associates for processing
- Moving materials from receiving or storage areas to other designated areas
- Sorting materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
- Filing requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials
- Distributing items to shipping or other designated areas for route drivers
- Ensuring the warehouse is accessible and safe for traffic
- Assembling customer orders from stock
- Placing orders on pallets or shelves
- Relocating orders to a holding area
- Marking materials with identifying information using assigned methods
- Logging materials received or distributed
- Assisting in counting of physical inventory
- Maintaining the warehouse facilities to ensure cleanliness
- Performing additional assignments per supervisor’s direction
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must have good attitude
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Basic mathematics skills
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Time management
Pay Rate:
- $17/Hour
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:30am - 4:30pm
