Seasonal Data Entry Clerk
Knoxville, TN (On-Site) | $16/hour, depending on experience | October 2026 – Early January 2027

A Little More About the Job
Our corporate office in Knoxville is adding extra hands for the holiday rush, and we need people who can keep up with a steady flow of information without letting the details slip. Most of your day will be spent at a computer entering and updating order information, processing returns and refunds, and making sure every record is correct and complete. You'll also send occasional written replies to customers by email or chat when they need an update on their order.

This role is a good match if you prefer focused, structured work, like checking things twice, and can stay accurate when volume picks up.

Day to Day, You Might Be:
Entering new orders and updating existing ones • Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds • Checking records for errors and fixing them • Looking up shipping and order details • Adding clear notes to customer accounts • Answering basic customer questions in writing • Handling private information carefully

You'll Do Well Here If You:
Type quickly and accurately, are comfortable switching between several programs at once, write clearly, stay organized under pressure, and show up consistently.

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable with computers and Google Workspace
• Available evenings and weekends
• Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs

Nice-to-Haves
Data entry, office, or administrative experience. Retail or hospitality experience is also a plus.

Schedule Details
This is a full-time position for the entire season, starting in October 2026 and expected to wrap up in early January 2027. Your hours will shift with business volume, and you must be available to work evenings, weekends, and through the holidays. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day are off. The end date may come earlier or later depending on business needs. Remote work is not available.
