PeopleShare is seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals for a seasonal Customer Service Representative opportunity.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand-new office environment while assisting customers with orders, products, promotions, and retail inquiries during one of the busiest times of the year.
Start Dates: While this is a seasonal assignment, top performers may be considered for future opportunities based on business needs.
- Training Class #1: November 2
- Training Class #2: November 9
- Project runs through mid-January.
Compensation & Schedule:
#ZR and #ZRPrinceton - Pay: $21.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Fully In-Office (Matawan, NJ)
- Overtime may be available
- Must be available to work Black Friday and the following Saturday
- Must be available to work Saturday, December 5th from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- No vacations or extended time off will be approved through the end of the project
- Reliable attendance is required throughout the assignment
- Answer customer questions regarding orders, products, and accounts
- Provide order updates and assist with tracking information
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Process refunds, exchanges, and replacements
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned
- 1+ year of customer service, call center, retail, or related experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience using email and Google Workspace
- Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, or other customer service platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with order management systems is helpful
